Chapter 126 First Arrival
Just as a group of Alexander's personnel were busy preparing for defense, the motorcade outside the door had completely stopped, and several people walked out of a RV at the front with their hands raised.
Diana slowly walked to the gate, looked at the strangers and said loudly: "This is our community. Who are you? Please identify yourself."
However, no one among these people answered her question. She was about to speak again when she saw one of the Asian young people walking out of the crowd.
"Are you Diana?"
Diana was stunned by the young man's question, and the expression on her face became even more confused, but she still nodded.
"That's right! Who are you?"
The young man smiled, put down his hand, and then said calmly: "Everyone, don't be nervous, I brought a letter."
After speaking, he reached out and slowly took out an envelope from his arms and held it up in front of Diana.
"Take a look, you will understand after reading it."
Diana took the letter through the gap in the door and opened it with some confusion. Lines of neat handwriting came into view. The expression on her face slowly became relaxed. At the end, she even had a trace of... A smile appeared.
She looked up at the young man in front of her and asked tentatively, "Are you Lu?"
The young man was naturally Lu Jiayi. They had actually arrived here a long time ago, but Alexander was indeed very hidden. He couldn't find him until it was dark yesterday, so he could only find a place to set up camp. Unexpectedly, he was so lucky early this morning that it didn't take long. Found the community gate.
Lu Jiayi even wondered if his own ability had been activated again. If so, would there be any trouble in the future?
"Yes, my name is Lu. You are exactly the same as Mr. Evan described. I recognized you as soon as I got out of the car."
With a happy face, Diana signaled the people behind her to put down their guns, and stretched out her hand to open the door. Allen next to her pulled Diana hesitantly, and the two of them walked aside.
"Diana, what's wrong with you? We don't know them yet!"
Diana smiled and held up the letter in her hand, and said happily: "This is a letter from an old friend of mine. He is a highly respected virologist and will not harm us. What's more, the description in the letter is very... It’s clear, and it’s written something that only we can understand, so they should be in no danger, don’t worry.”
But seeing the hesitant look on Allen's face, Diana patted his shoulder comfortingly and said with a smile on her face: "Don't worry, I know what to do!"
Allen nodded with a worried look on his face. What else could he do but choose to believe.
Just as Diana opened the door and walked out, everyone in Alexander finally ran towards the door with their bags in hand.
"Alan! What happened!" A tall white man ran over first with a gun raised, and then he saw Deanna walking out of the door by herself.
He was startled and was about to raise the gun in his hand. Aaron saw this and quickly suppressed his hand: "Don't worry, the other party doesn't seem to be hostile. Let Diana negotiate first!"
More people ran over from behind. These people didn't seem to have any sense of danger. They just stood at the gate so carelessly. They didn't realize that if the other party was hostile, they would all be told in one salvo. here.
Diana walked up to Lu Jiayi, smiled politely, and then introduced herself: "Hello, let me introduce you formally, Diana Monroe, the person in charge here."
Lu Jiayi reached out and shook the other person's hand, then said with a smile: "Hello, Ms. Monroe, my name is Gary Lu, just call me Lu."
"Then just call me Diana."
"Okay Deanna."
Then he pointed to a few people behind him and continued: "These are my companions. We came all the way from Atlanta! You just saw Mr. Evan's letter. We are here to cooperate with you this time."
Hearing that the other party came from Atlanta, Deanna couldn't help but sigh.
"Oh my God! I can't believe you guys came from so far away. It's such a long way."
"Fortunately, it took five or six days on the road, mainly because it took time to clear the roadblocks. Now that the road is open, it will only take one day to go back."
Diana listened to Lu Jiayi's words with a smile, and then asked tentatively: "Lu, in order to confirm that you indeed know Blake, I have to ask you to describe his appearance! Please understand."
"certainly!"
Lu Jiayi briefly described the appearance of the Evan couple, and also mentioned some things about Alexander that several people talked about that night.
Diana listened carefully. When Lu Jiayi talked about the content of her phone call with Blake, she completely believed him.
"Lu, I believe what you say. Let's go in and talk next. It's not very safe outside!"
Before Diana could finish her words, she saw a few swaying zombies walking out of the woods on the side, walking towards them with their teeth and claws bared.
She took two steps back nervously, and was about to remind Lu Jiayi, but saw that the latter just waved to the two people behind her.
I saw a long-haired man holding a hand crossbow and a strong black man wearing a woolen hat walking out of the crowd. A crossbow arrow shot directly through the head of a zombie, and then he drew a machete with his right hand on his waist. He took it in his hand, took two steps forward, and split the zombie's head in half from top to bottom with one knife.
The other strong black man was more simple and crude. He slammed a huge hammer in his hand. The three zombies in front of him did not hold on for less than five seconds before they all fell to the ground.
The Alexander survivors in the yard watched the two men quickly deal with a small group of walking zombies, and they all showed shocked expressions. They couldn't understand how these people could do it so easily. They would die if they were injured by the walking zombies. Is it decided?
Lu Jiayi looked at the expressions on the faces of the people in the yard and sighed secretly in his heart.
Many of these people are not suited for this end times, they are simply in the right place at the right time.
So they are lucky. Although this is also part of their strength, the biggest disadvantage of luck is that it is unstable. Those who survive only by luck are destined not to last long.
At Diana's signal, several cars finally drove into the community, revealing a small group of corpses behind them that had been attracted by the noise of the cars.
All Alexander's people looked nervously at the zombies in the distance. They stood near the gate and started shooting at the corpses.
After a burst of shooting, Lu Jiayi showed a strange expression on his face. Two of the zombies in the distance seemed to be lying down, and the others were still walking towards the door.
Several people behind Lu Jiayi smiled uncontrollably. Michonne had already turned around, her shoulders shaking.
Diana's face was a little hot. She didn't expect her own people to be so disappointing. She said a little embarrassedly: "Our community does not advocate violence, so these people usually touch guns less often."
Lu Jiayi nodded in understanding and shouted behind him: "Cass, Sasha!"
"receive!"
Cas and Sasha walked to the gate casually. They picked up their guns and fired several times at the zombies in the distance. Soon, only one zombie was left in the small group. Si put away his gun and made a please gesture to Sasha.
Sasha smiled slightly and raised the gun again!
aim!
boom!
The last zombie fell in response.
Perfect appearance!
