Chapter 424 Does Anyone Care About Banban’s Feelings?
Ron was so angry that he was shaking all over.
Can the world get better? Why is everyone targeting his rats?
Scabbers is already pitiful enough. He is usually pranked by George and Fred at home. This semester he was also targeted by Hermione's damn cat. Now he is even more regarded as the culprit who betrayed Harry's parents.
Has anyone ever cared about Banban’s feelings?
No! It's obviously just an ordinary pet mouse.
"Generally speaking, the life span of rats is very short, only about one to three years. Do you still remember how long Banban has been in your home?" Ivan asked forcefully, breaking Ron's fantasy.
Ron was stunned for a moment. His mouse Scabbers was inherited from Percy. It had been many years, and it must have been far longer than the life span of an ordinary mouse.
But even so, Ron was still very stubborn, or unwilling to believe it.
"It's different. Maybe Scabbers is a magic mouse. It's time to return to his owner now. Give it back to me! I can't lose it!" Ron said with almost choked words.
Ron simply couldn't accept the fact that his mouse was Peter Pettigrew. Scabbers was not only his pet, but also his companion when he grew up.
Growing up, he had never been taken seriously, and most of the things on his body were unwanted by his brothers, including wizard robes, wands and pets.
Whenever others talk about him, they always think of him as a follower of the savior Harry and a good friend of Ivan Hals, a rising star in the wizarding world.
Two outstanding friends can always steal the show on any occasion, but he can only serve as a backdrop, as humble as a mouse!
And he can't talk to anyone about these emotions, he can only talk to his pet rat, because it is absolutely confidential and will not reveal these things or refute his words.
Not to mention that Banban is almost his reflection, just as small, unnoticed, and unlovable.
Ron couldn't even imagine what a miserable life Scabbers would live if he left him. Only he, the master, could provide him with shelter.
So Ron rushed towards Ivan as fast as he could, trying to rescue Banban, and then he hit the protection of the Iron Armor Curse and was bounced away again.
Ivan really couldn't understand why Ron was more excited than Harry. Isn't it just a pet rat?
To avoid Ron losing control again, Ivan waved his magic wand, and the wooden chair next to him turned into a long rope and quietly tied up Ron.
"You need to calm down! I can show you the evidence now!" Looking at Ron who was still struggling on the ground, Ivan shook his head and said something, and then pointed his wand at Banban and input the magic power into it. .
The mouse being held by Ivan let out the most miserable scream in its life. It waved its limbs wildly and tried to bite Ivan's wand with its teeth, but to no avail.
The magic power penetrated the whole body and soon touched the protective mechanism of the brain. The gray-black mouse began to transform in front of everyone.
Its limbs are constantly stretching and becoming thicker, its head is getting bigger and bigger, and its tail is also retracted.
Ivan couldn't lift it, so he simply threw it into the corner. Peter rolled on the ground in pain, and the transformation continued. But within a moment, a short, fat, bald, middle-aged man appeared in front of everyone.
Ron stared blankly at the dirty, bald old man in front of him, his mind shutting down.
He thought about eating, washing and sharing his inner memories with Banban. All these beautiful scenes now made him almost nauseous.
"He is Peter Pettigrew? Why can he turn into a mouse?" Harry, who was also watching the transformation process, was shocked and stammered.
When he was in school, he could see this mouse almost every day. Who would have thought that Banban was actually a wizard and might be the culprit who betrayed his parents?
"It's an Animagus!" Hermione suddenly said.
"What?" Harry and Ron looked at her in confusion.
"Animagus transformation! It is an extremely powerful transformation magic with almost no flaws. The effect is that it can turn a wizard into a specific animal!
Professor McGonagall mentioned it once when we were taking Transfiguration class. Have you all forgotten it? "Hermione said very fast.
Have it? Why don't I remember?
Harry looked confused, but since Hermione said so, there must be something.
"But I remember that the Ministry of Magic keeps records of all wizards who can turn into animals. There is a special register showing what animals they can turn into, as well as markings and so on." Hermione looked at Sirius and Peter in confusion, and was very surprised. Apparently both of them are animagus.
"That's very good! But you overlooked one point. Not everyone will abide by the regulations of the Ministry of Magic!" Sirius looked at Hermione with appreciation and explained.
"Things are clear now, aren't they? I don't think I need to explain anymore, right?" Ivan pointed at Peter Pettigrew, who was curled up on the ground and shivering.
Harry nodded and was about to respond when Peter Pettigrew, who was lying on the ground, suddenly screamed.
"No, that's not the case! You were all fooled and deceived by Blake!
He is a murderer, a dark wizard through and through! You wouldn't believe a murderer's words, would you? I can tell you that the entire Black family are extreme purists, without exception! "
"His younger brother Regulus Black is a Death Eater, and his cousin Bellatrix Black is the most loyal servant of the mysterious man. The entire Black family is a supporter of the mysterious man!"
Having said this, Peter looked at Sirius with a ferocious expression and asked.
"Don't you dare deny this?"
Except for Ivan, everyone looked at Sirius in surprise, waiting for his response.
"Of course I don't deny this! My brothers and sisters are indeed just scraps," Sirius admitted openly, looking at the suspicious looks in everyone's eyes, he continued.
"However, because I am a maverick and have always hated their pure-blood philosophy, my mother has long since removed me from the family tree."
"Who knows if you lurked down on purpose, gained James' trust, and became a traitor!" Peter Pettigrew hurriedly retorted.
He looked at Harry and others with pitiful eyes, and finally turned to Ivan. He understood that if he wanted to escape, the key was whether he could convince Ivan to trust him.
After all, Black has lost his wand, and now Ivan is the strongest here!
