Ancient Wizards Return to Hogwarts

Chapter 301 Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw (Part 1)

After taking another look at Helga's expression, Les understood her emotions. She was blaming herself.

When Salazar proposed to meet Rowena in the dungeon, Helga was very happy at first, but she soon tasted a different taste from the happy mood. After a careful taste, it turned out to be the taste of guilt.

Helga thought carefully and realized a problem that she had actively or passively ignored before: Was Rowena's tragic ending caused by the departure of Helga Hufflepuff?

When she left Hogwarts to travel outside, she did not consider that once she left, there would only be one founder left in the school. Once something special happened, Rowena would be forced to shoulder all the burdens. Perhaps those immature students could help her share some of the pressure, but the main force facing the difficulties was still only Ravenclaw.

What was even more painful was that when she went deep into her soul and faced her inner thoughts, she discovered a very terrifying reality: Did she really not consider all this? Or...

Rowana said more than once that she wanted to leave the school to pursue "freedom" after the school was established, but when Godric and Salazar left Hogwarts in anger, what situation did they face?

The students have not grown up yet, but there are only two founders left. In this case, whoever quits first will most likely be bound in the castle, unless she abandons the fruit of the four people's hard work. Then she took a step ahead of Rowena and chose to leave, leaving Ravenclaw alone in the school.

Is she evading her responsibilities? Is she afraid that Rowena will leave first, causing herself to be trapped in the school forever? To put it seriously, did she betray her good friend?

Helga didn't know her answer, because she was taken to a thousand years later by her good friend Salazar after she went out for a few months, and she no longer had the opportunity to prove that she just wanted to go out for a while.

She could throw all the responsibility on Salazar's head, and stand on the moral high ground to tell the outside world that she was also a victim. But when Helga recalled the smile on her face when she said goodbye to Ronai, she couldn't do that.

Les, who sensed Helga's emotional changes, took the initiative to resolve Hufflepuff's knot.

"This is not your problem, it's fate's trick."

"But I betrayed my friends," Helga's emotions began to fluctuate violently: "I shouldn't have chosen to leave school at that time..."

"That's too harsh," Les comforted: "You didn't betray anyone."

"But..." Helga told Les everything she thought of.

"Let's talk about deeds, not hearts. The fact is that you encountered an accident when you were traveling - if it was Rowena, she would have the same experience." Les thought that Helga's idea was fundamentally problematic: "What's more, when you left school, the school's situation was not as critical as Rowena's later years. We trained a group of very reliable children, but an accident happened later."

Who would have thought that the heirs that the four founders had cultivated with great effort would all leave and die in a short period of time?

According to Les, Helga was result-oriented, exaggerating the situation at that time, and putting herself in a dead end.

"Look at the bright side, we can still get together now - this is a thousand years later! More importantly, don't you think the magic world needs us more now than a thousand years ago?" Taking advantage of Helga's silence, Rice began to pursue the victory and continue to untie her knot.

After Rice said it, he felt that what he said was too reasonable.

After bringing dusk to the gods, their mission was actually over, and wizards would no longer face the crisis of being enslaved by the gods. After the establishment of Hogwarts, they even got full marks on the additional questions.

The current magic world has obviously reached a change that has not happened in a thousand years. It is really lucky for the modern magic world that these few people are still alive. Otherwise, the future of wizards is not optimistic.

"But Godric is not here." Helga thought of Godric, who had lost contact with him and didn't know what happened to him.

"It's great that he's not there! My student Adrian was led astray by him. The farther he goes, the better. Don't lead my new student astray again!" Rice replied decisively.

Godric? Who is it? I don't know her!

"Why don't you go see Rowena while there's still time, so as not to regret it in the future."

Rice's words touched Helga immediately.

She quickly changed her mind and decided to go to the dungeon to see Rowena.

"Great." Seeing that Helga had figured it out, Rice immediately took her to the dungeon.

On the way, they passed by Hermione who was walking hurriedly.

Helga naturally noticed this girl, and she felt a unique temperament from her.

"That's Hermione Granger, a third-year student at Ravenclaw College."

Helga was thoughtful.

"Yes, she is the one Rowena has taken a fancy to - don't let it slip, her name is Spector now."

"You people are not honest at all."

"Then you must tell your students your true identity in the future."

"Forget it, the time has not come yet." Helga had no such plan. She looked at Hermione's back and asked, "She should be a very diligent and smart student, right?"

"That's right." Les nodded.

"Rowana is so lucky. I haven't heard of the Granger family... She is from a Muggle family?"

After getting Les's affirmative answer, Helga felt even more regretful: How great would it be if such a child could become her student?

"Don't dream. People like her are likely to be sorted into Ravenclaw. Gryffindor may have some hope, but it's completely impossible for the two of us."

Helga smiled bitterly: She was used to this situation. All the good seedlings among the freshmen were absorbed by students from the other three colleges, leaving them with ordinary people of average appearance.

"I also think that the way the Sorting Hat sorts houses seems to have some problems..." Les told Hufflepuff about his distress, hoping to get her support to improve the Sorting Hat.

Hufflepuff seriously considered it.

The two of them arrived at the dungeon and opened the seal to enter the depths of the dungeon.

As soon as the seal was opened, a strong whirlwind swept over. Les and Helga tried to stand on their feet, and then they saw Ravenclaw standing alone in front of an open space and entertaining himself.

Les took a closer look and saw that this guy was playing in the mud...
