The Druid Master of Hogwarts

Chapter 15 School Is Starting!

"How old do I have to be to know meow? When I can drink?"

Fish was not easily dismissed by Professor McGonagall's perfunctory answer, but continued to ask questions relentlessly.

"Well... about the same..."

Professor McGonagall really didn't know how to answer this question, so she could only deal with Fish's question vaguely.

"Oh... will I grow a butt here when I grow up?"

Fish gestured in front of his chest again.

Now everyone in the tavern laughed even more happily, and Professor McGonagall replied stiffly: "This is only for girls, you won't grow it when you grow up..."

"Meow?"

Fish stared at Professor McGonagall's chest for a long time, "But you don't have a butt, Minerva?"

Because she was wearing a loose wizard robe, and Professor McGonagall was not young, her "butt" was indeed not that obvious, but even if it was not obvious, not many women would like to hear such comments from Fish.

"Shut up! This topic ends here!"

But Professor McGonagall couldn't argue with Fish in this situation, so she could only cut off the topic with a dark face.

Just at this time, Ms. Rosmerta brought the butter beer she wanted, and Professor McGonagall quickly picked up the cup and relied on drinking to cover up her embarrassment.

"Here, this is your cherry juice."

Ms. Rosmerta put a cup of cherry juice in front of Fish.

Although Fish's speech made her a little embarrassed, Ms. Rosmerta didn't get angry with him.

It was just an unintentional remark of an ignorant child. In Ms. Rosmerta's opinion, this was much more pleasant than the dirty jokes told by those stinky men who were greedy for her body.

Fish, whose attention was diverted by the cherry juice, stopped pestering Professor McGonagall, but stretched out his tongue and carefully licked the crimson liquid in the cup.

Sweet, tasted good.

Fish narrowed his eyes with satisfaction, and his little tongue swallowed and spit quickly, constantly sending the liquid in the cup into his mouth.

After habitually drinking a little cherry juice with his tongue, Fish changed his drinking method to that of a human, tilting his head back and guzzling it.

Apart from anything else, it is indeed much more convenient to eat in human form than in cat form.

After drinking the cherry juice in the cup, Fish felt a little sleepy, so he turned into a young silver tabby cat in the amazement of a group of wizards, then jumped onto Professor McGonagall's lap and lay down.

Perhaps because he was worried that Fish would ask him some embarrassing questions again, Professor McGonagall did not force Fish to continue to look like a human, and let him lie on his lap to rest.

"Sorry to have kept you waiting, Minerva."

Fish, who was sleeping, suddenly heard a voice that he hated, and he quickly jumped up from Professor McGonagall's thigh.

"Ha--!"

With a leap onto the table, Fish made a threatening gesture with his back arched and hair standing up to the white-bearded old man named Dumbledore.

"Oh, so Fish is here too."

Dumbledore ignored Fish's hostility, smiled and leaned over to greet him.

"Meow!"

Seeing Dumbledore's old face getting closer and closer, Fish, who was stimulated, jumped up and pawed at his crooked nose.

"Ouch!"

Originally, Dumbledore intended to let Fish vent his anger first, and then slowly get close to him.

So Dumbledore did not dodge Fish's paw, but took the initiative to move forward, and he knew that Fish's strength was different from that of ordinary cats, and he had added protective magic to himself.

Just to give Fish enough "positive feedback", Dumbledore's protective magic was not very strong. In his opinion, no matter how strong a kitten was, how strong could it be.

But the fact is that Dumbledore miscalculated.

The vengeful Fish immediately added several layers of BUFF to himself. The force of his slap was far beyond Dumbledore's expectation, and he knocked the headmaster to the ground, causing him to bleed from his nose.

"Merlin's flowered pants! Fish, what did you do?!"

The scene changed so quickly that Professor McGonagall was stunned for a while before she reacted. She stood up suddenly, holding her head and screamed.

"Meow!"

Seeing Professor McGonagall's reaction, Fish immediately realized that he was probably in trouble. He howled dryly to defend himself, then turned around and rushed out of the window.

At this time, Professor McGonagall was busy helping Dumbledore who had fallen, and other wizards were surprised by what had just happened. No one reacted in the first time to stop Fish who was running away.

So Fish successfully broke through the window of the Three Broomsticks and rushed out of the bar.

"Cat shirt flying!"

Unfortunately, running out of the bar was already the limit. Professor McGonagall had anticipated similar situations, so she specially prepared a shirt with a cat pattern for Fish to wear.

Under the premise that Fish had not learned counter-spells or defensive spells, Professor McGonagall was able to easily catch Fish who was running away through the flying spell. She dared to take Fish out, so she was naturally fully prepared.

"Meow!"

Fish, who had only run a few steps, felt his body lighten, and his body suddenly floated up from the ground, and then he flew back to the Three Broomsticks Bar uncontrollably.

Professor McGonagall reached out and grabbed the back of Fish's neck as he flew in front of her, and dragged him in front of her, staring at him fiercely.

"Fish! Look at what you have done?!"

"Meow~"

Fish, who was held in his hand, shrank his four paws, his tail was also attached to his abdomen, his ears drooped, and his big green eyes looked at the furious Professor McGonagall innocently.

He was not pretending to be pitiful. Although he knew that he was probably in trouble, Fish did not understand what kind of trouble he had caused.

In Fish's cognition, the old man with a white beard was an enemy, and it was the right thing for him to slap him hard.

"Don't be angry, Minerva, in the eyes of this little guy, I should be his enemy."

After stopping the bleeding from his nose, Dumbledore came over again, but this time he was much more careful and kept a certain distance from Fish.

After Dumbledore's reminder, Professor McGonagall remembered what Firsh had experienced before being adopted by her, so it was reasonable for him to attack Dumbledore.

"Listen, Firsh, Dumbledore is not an enemy, he is your future headmaster."

Professor McGonagall put Firsh back on the table and said to him seriously.

"Meow~"

Firsh glanced at Dumbledore, and saw that the old man was looking at him with a smile... just like when he chased him everywhere.

"Ha--!"

Arched back, frizzled, intimidated, all in one go.

This old man is not a good person!

Professor McGonagall tried for a long time, but failed to dispel Firsh's hostility towards Dumbledore.

There was no way, she could only hold Firsh in her arms, pat his back gently, comfort him, and talk to Dumbledore about things in Hogwarts.

This meeting was mainly for the selection of the professor of the Defense Against the Dark Arts class next semester. After so many years, Dumbledore could only find a few people left, so he came to Professor McGonagall today to discuss and see if she could recommend one.

Fish, who was held in Professor McGonagall's arms, didn't understand what they were talking about, but he gradually realized that Minerva seemed to be friends with this bad old man.

No wonder she was so angry just now.

So...

When you beat the bad old man in the future, you can't let Minerva see it.

Fish sorted out the logic and stopped staring at Dumbledore. He huddled in Professor McGonagall's arms and continued to take a nap.

...

Since taking Fish out once, Professor McGonagall took him to visit Hogsmeade village one after another.

The wizards in Hogsmeade also knew Fish McGonagall, a natural Animagus. Even the Daily Prophet specially allocated a small page to introduce the existence of such a special little wizard to the entire British wizarding world.

As time passed, under the guidance of Professor McGonagall, Fish was basically able to communicate with people normally.

However, Fish was not very interested in becoming a human and communicating with other humans. He still liked to stay at home most of the time, find a place that he liked, and sleep all day and night.

Unfortunately, Minerva was very idle recently. She basically stayed at home, forcing herself to learn some messy things, and not letting herself turn back into a cat to lick her fur.

It was very annoying.

But fortunately... Hogwarts started!

I am free again!

After discovering that Minerva was not at home in the morning, the excited Fish took off all his clothes without saying a word, and then turned into a cat and ran around the house.

The poor house elf Komi could only chase after him while cleaning up the bottles and jars that Fish deliberately knocked over.

After ruining everything that could be knocked over in the house, Fish went into his closet and tore all the clothes that Minerva prepared for him into rags.

Finally, I don't have to wear these troublesome things!

After destroying all his clothes, Fish just used the remains of his clothes as a pillow and fell asleep in the closet.

...

In the evening, Professor McGonagall, who had attended the opening ceremony at Hogwarts, returned home exhausted.

When she opened the door with a smile on her face, she saw a scene like a typhoon passing through, and the house elf collapsed beside her because of exhaustion of magic power.

As for the culprit, Fish, he had already found a hidden place to hide when he noticed Professor McGonagall's return.

The smile on Professor McGonagall's face froze instantly.

She took a deep breath...

"Fish McGonagall!!!"

The flying curse should be ineffective against living things, or in other words, ineffective against creatures with magic power? Otherwise, Voldemort would not have to force his way through the empty door, and Harry Potter would have just flown in.
