Chapter 856: Desireless Desire
"Since it is your most powerful means, you should not waste it. With your other two magical powers, not to mention the great Buddha who has defeated the Arhat, even the elites of the same generation may not be able to take it down easily."
The implication of the black beetle's words seemed to be that Wu Yi could use the fixed fortune star plate without being known to others. Wu Yi asked: "Do you want to hide the secret?"
"If the situation is unbearable, as for the most dangerous situation, I will use the white flame to erase all the causes and effects for you, so that outsiders will not notice the mystery here."
"Okay!" With the guarantee of the black beetle, Wu Yi felt as if he had swallowed a reassurance pill, and his mood was much more comfortable.
Seeing Wu Yi's attitude, the black beetle became a little anxious and told him: "The white flame belongs to Daluo, and it is not easy to control. Don't act recklessly. Be careful. Try not to use the fixed luck star plate unless it is absolutely necessary. Once used, try to exert the effect of shocking everyone."
There are means to save life or even kill, but with Wu Yi's cautious nature, he will not take the initiative to wander around. Even if the black beetle did not mention this, Wu Yi also knew it. Since the black beetle said it, Wu Yi nodded to reassure himself.
In the bead, he finalized the matter with the black beetle, and returned to the outside world. He found that he had arrived at the destination, which was the Sutra Pavilion of Liuchen Temple.
No matter which sect it is, the Sutra Pavilion must be one of the most important places, and it is also the place where disciples go in and out most frequently. Generally speaking, the more advanced the cultivation qualifications of the disciples, the more frequently they go in and out of the Sutra Pavilion.
This is indeed a good place to realize Wu Yi's will.
Not far from the Sutra Pavilion is the Martial Arts Hall, which is specially used for disciples to hone their magic skills.
The Sutra Pavilion is guarded by the two tribes of Qingluan and Caifeng. The two Caifengs sing to the sun and bring good luck to the world; the two Qingluans dance in the wind and are rare in the world.
Although they are not pure-blooded Qingluan and Caifeng, but are just strange beasts with the blood of these two tribes, they are enough to make small sects and small gates surprised and ashamed.
Entering the gatehouse, I saw the yellow golden tiles with mandarin ducks and the bright flower bricks paved with agate. The east and west are all the palaces and pearls; the south and north are not the treasure pavilions.
The Tianwang Hall is shining with rosy clouds, and the Dharma Protector Hall is spraying purple flames. The pagoda is visible and the Udumbara flower is fragrant. It is the difference between the earth and the sky, and the clouds are long. If you don’t come to the world, you will never lose the Dharma Hall.
Eight Bodhisattvas, four Vajra, five hundred Arhats, three thousand Jietī, eleven Great Yaos, eighteen Kalans, the great gods have their own statues, arranged in two rows, all holding scriptures, which means to teach the way. Those who are destined can obtain the true scriptures from the palms of the statues, and those who are not destined will find it difficult to get anything even if they enter a treasure mountain.
Wu Yi looked at everything in front of him, as if he was lost in the scene in front of him, but Wu Yi's peripheral vision was observing the scene behind him. Do these people really think that he doesn't know that they are following him?
Glancing at Yuan Rongyi, the other party frowned, obviously knowing this. As Wu Yi had expected before, Wu Yi has become the intersection of the game between all parties, and people from all forces have come to squat and monitor.
Wu Yi snorted lightly, ignoring the people behind him, looking over Arhat, Jietī, Great Yao and Kalan. Since he wants to be in the limelight, he should show more, to see if he can get the Buddhist scriptures from the palms of Bodhisattvas or Vajra.
Generally speaking, for people like Wu Yi who are not from the Buddhist sect, every step forward, there is a majestic Buddha Yuan suppressing his body, inside and outside, in all aspects, from the flesh to the spirit and soul, leaving no dead corner.
The key to resisting these Buddha Yuan is to have a clear mind, no desires, no desires, and the four elements are empty. Otherwise, even if you can withstand the Buddha Yuan, you can't see the scriptures in the hands of the Bodhisattva.
However, whoever enters the Sutra Pavilion comes with a purpose, and those who can really be empty of the four elements do not need these scriptures.
Wu Yi, who came to the Sutra Pavilion to relieve his own crisis, naturally cannot be considered to be free of desires, but the great way of tranquility he comprehended can simulate the state of no desires, so it's good to be able to deceive.
When he displays the great way of tranquility, Wu Yi is like a feathered fairy, with fluttering clothes and a calm demeanor.
One step, two steps, three steps, just like walking in ordinary land, one step for several miles, Wu Yi easily passed Jie Di, Galan, and came to the higher-level Arhat, stunned everyone nearby, even Yuan Rongyi could not hide his surprise.
Even Buddhist disciples, after coming to the Sutra Pavilion, could not help but be suppressed by the Buddha Yuan. Why would Wu Yi, a Taoist disciple, not be affected at all?
When he came to the Arhats, Wu Yi felt a little pressure, but it was not particularly heavy, and did not affect his speed much, so in the eyes of outsiders, Wu Yi came to the Bodhisattva Vajra at the farthest end of the Sutra Pavilion in one breath.
At this point, there were few Buddhists, some were meditating while stroking the Buddha statue, or sitting on the ground in meditation, with various postures, such as snakes, cranes, and turtles. This was relatively normal. More often, even Wu Yi could not see the true meaning of it, and the Zen meaning was profound.
Yuan Rongyi caught up with him, and the first thing he said was: "You are indeed my predestined person in Buddhism!"
Wu Yi smiled, neither admitting nor denying, but in Yuan Rongyi's eyes, it was naturally a tacit agreement.
In fact, if Yuan Rongyi hadn't mentioned before that entering this place requires a desireless mind, Wu Yi would not be so relaxed.
With the mentality of being happy if there is something, and being okay if there is nothing, Wu Yi is like a tourist visiting a scenery. Even if the scenery is extremely beautiful, he has no intention of taking it for himself.
So, there was no backlash at all. In fact, it cannot be said that Wu Yi did not have this thought in mind, but he was a Taoist disciple, and even if he came to this Buddhist scripture pavilion, he might not be favored by the Buddha.
It was a matter of slim hope. With the idea of giving it a try, Wu Yi naturally did not have much expectation. He did not care about whether it was possible or not. He looked down on everything. Wu Yi was already in an invincible position.
"You should think about it, practice the method you have practiced in the sea of consciousness, or directly put forward your wishes. If there is a predestined relationship, there will be a Buddhist Dharma passed down."
Yuan Rongyi had not thought that Wu Yi would progress so smoothly before, and did not mention this matter, but it did not matter. If Wu Yi really had a predestined relationship, then the words before and after would not be a problem.
Yuan Rongyi said so, and Wu Yi followed her words. Yuan Rongyi watched intently. Although at this moment, she still felt that Wu Yi had little chance of obtaining the Buddhist scriptures, but one thing after another, one thing after another, made her feel that Wu Yi was a person who could create miracles.
And this time, Wu Yi did not disappoint her.
