Chapter 775: Hunting the Witch

Atlantic Ocean, 22:17.

A deep-sea fishing boat was sailing on the sea. The sea was not calm at this time. It was raining heavily. The small boat was bumping on the waves and seemed to be easily overturned.

Lucina was wearing a raincoat and holding the rudder tightly, trying to prevent the boat from deviating from the course. Diana covered her stomach and lay beside the porthole. She had just vomited...

"I can't believe you are seasick." Lucina laughed.

Diana had no strength to reply, and a feeling of vomiting came up again.

Lucina shook her head. She and her father had been smuggling at sea to make a living before joining the postman. This kind of wind and waves was nothing to her.

"Ah! Look, it's that ship."

Diana wiped her mouth and looked through the porthole to see a black ship drifting quietly on the blood-red sea surface under the red sky.

Lucina followed Diana's instructions and saw the ship. She turned the rudder and brought the fishing boat closer.

The small fishing village approached the big ship, just like a tadpole approaching a shampoo fish. The huge hull blocked the wind and waves. Diana walked out of the cabin and looked up at the bow of the black ship.

The ship had dropped anchor. For some reason, it chose to stop at this place. It was dark on the ship and no one could be seen.

"Witch Hunter..." Lucina looked at the name of the ship written on the side of the black ship and read it out in a low voice.

"Witch Hunter? It's really appropriate. Little Tiger, fix the boat, let's go up and take a look." Diana took off her raincoat, revealing the black arm-baring tights she was wearing underneath, and tied her hair up.

Lucina turned off the engine, but she did not drop anchor. Instead, she used a hook rope to connect the small fishing boat and the big ship.

She was also wearing the same tights as Diana. The two women had a curvy and fit body, and with this close-fitting arm-baring waterproof rubber suit, they looked like characters from superhero comics.

"Are you ready?" Lucina asked.

Diana smiled, and her hands ignited red magic flames. A burst of heat erupted, allowing her to rise into the air and fly onto the black ship.

Diana had just landed on the side deck, and Lucina followed closely behind her and jumped up. She moved her arms and looked ready to make a big fuss.

"Did you find anything?" Lucina asked.

Diana scanned the hull with her psychic vision and found that the ship had been psychically sealed.

"You also know... Chen Ke's trick?" Lucina saw Diana's eyes flashing blue light. She had seen Chen Ke use this trick to scan the situation behind the wall.

"This is a necessary ability for high-authority agents, not a rare thing." Diana said.

"I thought only Chen Ke could use this thing." Lucina was a little disappointed.

"Suddenly I feel that he is not so unique? Right?" Diana smiled.

Lucina made a helpless expression.

"Let's get back to the point, little tiger, there is a problem with this ship. It has a very complete psychic sealing measure." Diana became serious and groped on the bulkhead with her hand.

"If there were no problems, we wouldn't have come, right?" Lucina didn't think there was any problem.

"This is the technology of the Administration, and it could also be the Foundation. I've been an agent for several years. If it were just some civilian groups, it would be impossible to do it so carefully." Diana said.

"So, the group of people who gathered to make trouble, behind them is either the Administration or the Foundation?" Lucina clenched her fist.

Diana didn't give a conclusion. The two walked forward along the side board. Several red containers were facing each other on the deck, which made people feel very strange.

The two came to a watertight door on the side. Diana grabbed the handle and tried to turn it, then stood aside and smiled at Lucina.

"I'll do it." Lucina walked to the door and twisted the round handle hard. Only to hear an unbearable scraping sound. After a while, she turned the door handle. After turning it almost twice, Lucina turned it to the end, then pulled the door back, and the heavy watertight door was opened.

A bloody smell came to the face, and the cabin was dark, smelly and dark.

"This door is rusty and has not been used for a long time. This ship is quite old." Lucina said.

She clapped her hands, which were covered with red rust.

Diana covered her mouth and nose, turned on the waterproof light on her chest, and then looked inside the door. There was a long bloodstain on the floor, turning a corner and extending deeper.

"How long has the team been missing?" Lucina asked.

"72 hours." Diana said as she walked into the cabin.

This cabin felt like a warehouse, with a lot of goods wrapped in waterproof bags piled up inside. Diana took out a knife, cut a bag, and found that it contained some dry food.

"I think they must have died in there." Lucina followed in and closed the watertight door.

"Food, this is a civilian ship. I thought we would encounter an illegal armed ship." Diana said.

"Look..." Lucina patted Diana who was checking the food.

The bloodstains extended to another door on the floor. A disemboweled male corpse sat next to the trailer, wearing a white sailor suit.

"Interesting..." Diana whispered.

The two of them approached the corpse and examined it, and found that the wounds and exposed organs were still relatively fresh.

"Do you think he died not long ago, or what?" Lucina asked.

"If my forensic doctor was here, she would definitely say that this guy died not long ago, but I don't think so." Diana shook her head.

"How miserable... I don't want to be disemboweled like this..." Lucina couldn't help hugging her shoulders.

Death is not terrible, what is terrible is that you can't die and have to suffer torture. The witch is still far from immortality, but her recovery speed is far beyond that of ordinary people. She doesn't want to be captured alive.

"What are you thinking? I have a hunch that this ship must be hiding something. Let's go deeper and take a look. Maybe they deliberately made the outer periphery like this to scare people." Diana stood up, opened the door, and walked towards the inner passage.

Lucina stayed for two seconds, dispelled the bad thoughts from her mind, and then followed. The corridor behind the door led to a corridor. A huge iron frame fell in front of a door, and a section of the ventilation duct above the head was broken.

"This ship makes me feel creepy. If you have the guts, why don't you jump out and fight..." Lucina was unhappy.

"What? Are you a little scared? Little Tiger, this is not like you." Diana smiled.

"I don't like such narrow places..." Lucina sighed.

"Don't be afraid, at least you won't get seasick." Diana pinched Lucina's arm and turned to explore deeper.

The two walked to the aisle on the other side of the ship. The aisle was very dirty, with white unknown mucus and blood mixed together. A porthole was broken, and the heavy rain and wind outside blew in from the hole.

They passed all kinds of garbage and opened several cabins in the aisle one by one. They found that this was the crew living area, but no one was found on the bed, not even a corpse.

"Nothing, I don't know what's going on with Shreli." Diana stood in the middle of the crew dormitory, with her hands on her hips, looking around.

Lucina sat on the bed and saw the small door on the other side of the dormitory, which led to the place where the crew took a shower.

"Maybe we should switch with them." Lucina said.

"Don't think so. Haven't you been working on the sea? Why are you so resistant to the cabin?" Diana said.

"The cabins I've been in are not so quiet, so dark, and so bloody..." Lucina said helplessly.

As she spoke, Lucina saw a red figure flash past the door of the crew's bathroom.
